What a day…. what a day!!!!! My website is finally up and running now and it is time for bed after a really full day. We had a refresher 1st aid course and it was pretty intense – lots of scenarios and practical which was good as it kept us on our feet and [...] Sea lion yoga Looks like it is now working???? Thank you Paul for such a lovely photo of a sea lion!!! These little vessels are the nicest way to carry your favourite essential oil on you all the time. To all the girls out there – HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY! Celebrate the joy of being female and the challenges met. Gain strength from every step taken and take another step forward. CELEBRATE LIFE!!!! Yes – well, I will be moving this blog to be my main webpage…….. with the help of my webhost and hopefully it will survive the move! We shall see………….! Market day tomorrow so I’m going to be busy prepping some items for the stall and hopefully it won’t be too wet and windy.
